I suggest that you check out the Consultants Directory on the Preservation  
Massachusetts website _www.preservationmass.org_ 
(http://www.preservationmass.org)  . Among the  22 categories listed there are a number of consultants 
available who  do Historic Resources Survey.  Please let me know if you have any
