[MassHistPres] Lease of OLD Town Hall

Hello, 
    Seekonk is looking for language to  include in a simple lease agreement 
to protect our  Old Town Hall .The  lessee will be a non-profit group  and will 
be responsible for  maintenance  and upkeep, The Historical Commission will 
occupy the building  jointly with the Lessee. Any renovations shall be in 
accordance with the  guidelines of the Dept of Interior , MHC and Seekonk 
Historical Commission.  Any assistance in language for this  lease agreement will be  
appreciated.
