[MassHistPres] Lease of OLD Town Hall

Within the last two years, the Town of Winchester leased to the local
Historical Society an historic Beaux Arts House which the town owns.
The lease sets requirements on proper care and restoration of the
building by the Society, plus public access and use.  You can view or

Hello, 
    Seekonk is looking for language to  include in a simple lease
agreement 
to protect our  Old Town Hall .The  lessee will be a non-profit group
and will 
be responsible for  maintenance  and upkeep, The Historical Commission
will 
occupy the building  jointly with the Lessee. Any renovations shall be
in 
accordance with the  guidelines of the Dept of Interior , MHC and
Seekonk 
Historical Commission.  Any assistance in language for this  lease
agreement will be  
appreciated.
