[MassHistPres] CLG again

Hi All, Our Town continues to look into becoming a CLG and some of our
members just don't see any specific benefits to the Town for becoming one.

Can folks on this list reply as to what benefit they have seen from becoming
a CLG or the what the downside they have experienced?
