[MassHistPres] Hardship question

I have never seen it show up as part of one of the title searches that I have 
done. Buyers and/or Realtors will have to do their own leg work at MHC or the 
local preservation commission on this issue. Its the same basic principle as 
having to visit the local building or zoning department. Usually I will check 
the property's address and owners name to be sure of my results.
