[MassHistPres] Staffing questions

Westport has no staff, no office, a budget of $539 and meets in the  
basement.  It acts as both Historical Commission and Historic District  Commission and 
oversees the Demolition Delay Bylaw.  It meets once a month  generally.  It 
has active volunteers and alternates.
