Subject: [MassHistPres] Historic Landmark
Good Morning!
In 1989 our Town Meeting passed an Article designating a parcel of land as a "Historic Landmark".
Now there is an interest in establishing a couple of uses for the property. The first use would be to make a walking\biking trail. The second use would be to have a cell tower built on the parcel.
Are there any prohibitions, procedures, or limitations to sites designated as historic landmarks?
