[MassHistPres] Westport's Demo Delay Bylaw extended to 1 year

Town Meeting tonight voted, with only a few opposed, for an extension of  the 
Westport Demolition Bylaw from 6 months to one year.  There was one  person 
speaking about the "rights of private property", but everyone else called  for 
preservation of historic buildings in Westport.  Historic preservation  was 
mentioned several times in the meeting in connection  with different articles, 
so obviously people believe it to be  important.
