The Kestrel Trust, a non-profit land trust in the Connecticut Valley,
hopes to sell a two acre houselot with barn and Federal/Greek Revival
farmhouse, both in dilapidated condition, to a restoration builder.
The rural lot, in the northern part of Belchertown, adjoins a town
conservation area and overlooks meadows and ponds and is circled by
woods. The protected setting will continue to have no other visible
