[MassHistPres] Chimney Mason/Sturctural Engineer

My husband and I own the Caleb Wiley House in Stoneham. It is an 1822  
Federal farmhouse and is in the National Register as part of the Stoneham  Multiple 
Resource Area. I need a chimney mason to repair one of our three  chimneys and 
I am trying to find someone who will be knowledgeable about the old  brick. I 
am also concerned about the wellbeing of the whole structure of the  chimney. 
The jackposts that we put under it twenty-some years ago seem to be  sinking 
thru the cellar floor. I think I need a really good mason, or a  structural 
engineer in additional to the mason. Any ideas/opinions/resources?  Thanks. Sue
