[MassHistPres] Preservation of Historic Buildings for Use as Affordable and Workforce Housing

Depending on what you call "historic" Brookline has town houses & row
houses on Beacon St. that have been converted into single room
occupancy (SRO) use and are operated and/or owned by Caritas and Pine
St. Inn. You might look at their web sites to see if they have more
on those programs. This is like not Pine St. Inn's main facility in
Boston. This is long term housing for people who have been homeless
but have sorted themselves out enough to live and pay rent in these
buildings.
