The Greenfield Housing Authority, in addition to a number of more
traditional building projects, owns several historic houses and is currently
working on a Main Street 4 story mixed use building to upgrade a SRO with a
preservation consultant on board. These buildings are well maintained. Both
commercial and residential condos use large National Register houses on East
Main Street and elsewhere in town.
