[MassHistPres] Possible cancellation of property insurance in localhistoric districts

I heard this issue by a resident of a historic neighborhood in Duluth MN (he
referenced California), and had never heard of anything like this before. I
too would like to find out where this concern comes from. It would help to
know the insurance carrier in this case. My only surmise is that it relates
to the cost of replacement of the home.
