Request for Proposals for
Communitywide Historic Properties Survey
September 12, 2007
   
  The City of Woburn Historical Commission will be seeking Requests for Proposals from qualified consultants for a Communitywide Historic Properties Survey.  The contract estimated Rate is $30,000 and the duration is for 1 year.
  The project will assess and document approximately 160 selected resources in Woburn following Massachusetts Historical Commission survey standards and methodology. This is a Chapter 30B compliant RFP which requires both a detailed price proposal and a technical proposal
Applicants must have:
  a) Bachelor’s Degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History,  or a closely-related field, and at least two years’ full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or
b)  Master’s Degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.
  The Requests for Proposals will be available on September 13, 2007. The RFP will also be made available via e-mail. Responses will be due no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, October 5, 2007. Contact:
