[MassHistPres] windows... (great storm)

I have been installing these windows on my house. I think they look
fantastic, a lot better than triple-track because they don't project out
of the frame (since there is no track).

The drawback is that in order to put in screens, you have to take out
the glass pane and swap it with a screen pane. That might be
inconvenient for a lot of people, and I bet that when I'm in my 70's I'm
going to be cursing my decision!
