[MassHistPres] Clearer maps

It would seem to me that the way in which the map has been drawn (confusing,
etc.) is not at issue as long as the "contents" ( i.e., the coverage of the
historic district) do not change. I would be surprised if this "better
drawn map" would have to be taken to Town Meeting. But if you do, we found out
that a proposed map must actually be shown to the Town Meeting, not just
discussed.

Hello,

What are the requirements to get a new HD map officially adopted? Is it
enough to have a public hearing and then a town meeting vote, to accept the
new maps?

The actual boundaries have not changed. We are simply going from a confusing
hand-scrawled map to a clear map overlayed on an assessor¹s map.
