[MassHistPres] Appendix H of the State Building Code

Appendix H just lists the National Historic Landmarks in the state. The funny thing is that since
Nantucket Island is a NHL - the whole island technicall falls under Totally Preserved and therfore
technically exempt from sections of the Building code. Try to explain THAT to the building
commissioner. (The whole island isn't treated that way, but it could be!)
