Not all places listed as National Historic Landmarks in Mass are included
in the list in Appendix H of the building code. Additionally Appendix H
only deals with individual structures that have to pass a slightly more
specific criteria to be included. Section9309 (Historic Buildings) page 362
of the 7th edition explains further.
