I am the project architect on the historic preservation of an old mill
complex from 1875 in western Massachusetts. We need the historical tax
credits to help save the facility and my client team seeks new replacements
believing it's going to be cost prohibitive to restore the windows.
We are collecting budget proposals from many window manufacturers and need
to complete a list of restoration subcontractors so that the option to
preserve has a fair chance.
Please send information or leads on subcontractors who could do this
important preservation work in New England. It will be a large project of
possibly over 500 windows in typical mill dimensions in up to 14 different
types.
Thank you,
Tris Metcalfe
