Congrautlations on the score! I would concur with Jill on leveraging
grant monies.
I would be interested in the type of program you come up with, as
Randolph has been looking into the possibility of setting up a
revolving or other type of fund to assist owners of historic
properties properly maintain their homes, and avoid more acts of
"vinylside" in the name of convenience and cost.
