[MassHistPres] HDC use of staff time

The Acton Historic District Commission is looking for information from HDCs that have access to some municipal staff time to help with the work of the commission.  For commissions that have been allocated some staff time, what services does the staff person provide?  Information on the number of hours per week, number of properties in the districts, approximate number of applications received per year, etc. would also be helpful.
