[MassHistPres] Historic Rehabilitation Federal Tax Credits

Has anyone had experience in requesting and receiving a  certification by the 
Secretary of the Interior that the rehabilitation of a  historic building or 
pre-1936 building is consistent with the historic character  of the property 
or district in which the property is located?  If so, could  you give us some 
guidance on the process?
