[MassHistPres] Updated list of cities and towns with historic property surveys online

About a year ago there was some communication on this list about the cities
and towns that have published their historic property survey information
online.
 
I'm updating the list (below) and am sure I've inadvertently omitted one or
more communities.
 
Please let me know if your city or town has published this online in one
form or another, and if they have, please send the web address.
Alternatively, if you're planning to publish the information online but
haven't done so yet, please let me know.
