[MassHistPres] Cemetery Landscape Preservation Workshop - July 2009

The National Center for Preservation Training and Technology (NCPTT),
based out of Natchitoches, LA, is coming to Massachusetts to host a
Cemetery Landscape Preservation Workshop this coming July.
In partnership with DCR and the Town of Brookline, this 2 day workshop
will be held at the Old Burying Ground (also known as the Walnut Street
Cemetery) in Brookline, MA on July 29-30. The workshop will include
both lectures and hands on training for participants provided by staff
from the Olmsted Center for Landscape Preservation and NCPTT, covering
everything from documentation to invasive vegetation removal to iron
fence maintenance.
