Good Morning,

I am writing to inquire about good Landmark's Bylaws. Wellesley is
trying to get some funds through the Community Preservation Committee to
study and write a new Landmark's Bylaw. It would be great to know the
following:

What communities have such a bylaw?

Is it online for review? If so, is there a link?

Was a consultant hired to write it?

How effective has it been?

I think if the CPC did not grant the money for a consultant, we would
move forward with drafting our own study and bylaw provisions. We feel
it is truly necessary at this time, so any information would be greatly
appreciated.
