Alexander,
Their lot appears to be very narrow...I would be very interested in seeing
what the intended replacement structure was and it's siting on the lot. Is
the street a district, and does the commission have any input on a new
structure going into that district?
How long have the owners lived in the house, and what are the reasons for
needing more space?
