[MassHistPres] Economics of Historic Preservation

Michael,
This real estate market is the perfect scenario to test the opinions of all
on this list.

Any real estate agent that has access to the areas of a historic district
can probably do a quick look at very specific boundaries and give us all
more concrete numbers that can really answer the question of how much better
values hold in historic districts.
