Wood or Vinyl, what's the difference? That's still replacement
windows. It's not relevant to the issue of preserving windows and not
having the house caught up in the endless cycle of replacements every
20 years.
Look at Jade's note about the Insulating Glass (IG), not the frames,
failing on all her Anderson's within 14 years -- and those Anderson's
should have been better quality than almost any Vinyl window in the US.
