Conservation, Preservation, and Land Use Planner
The City of Northampton is seeking a full-time (35 hr/wk with average of
one evening meeting a week) Conservation, Preservation and Land Use
Planner. The Planner reports to the Director of Planning and staffs the
Conservation Commission, Community Preservation Committee, Historical
Commission, and other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree related to wetlands, biology, or planning and two
years of related experience or any combination of education and
experience. Master's and AICP desirable. Skills sets required include
knowledge, perspective, facilitation, and ability to communicate orally
and in writing. Expected hiring range is between $35,050 to $40,760
with city benefits. Resume, cover letter, and application to Human
