[MassHistPres] Alternatives to demolition: correction

I must make a correction to my posting -- "Alternatives to demolition"  -- 
of April 17, which listed a number of firms that move, dismantle, salvage, 
or  sell old houses. 
 
Mr. David Ottinger of "David Ottinger Antique Buildings and Materials" in  
Arlington, MA, mentioned to me that:
 
Although I have salvaged materials from several hundred buildings  mostly 
destined for demolition, I have salvaged completely or as  frames and 
reassembled significantly fewer houses, barns, and outbuildings  and certainly many 
less than 200.
 
That figure of "200" came from a news article about Mr. Ottinger which had  
been posted on-line.  Sorry about the error.
