First, thanks to all who responded to my inquiry about firms that move,  
dismantle, salvage or sell old houses.  If anyone has additional  
recommendations of such firms, they'd be welcome.  I'd much rather that  parts of a 
historic home end up in a salvager's warehouse than in a dumpster or  a 
landfill.
