All: The Tewksbury Historical Commission is confronting a short notice hearing on an application to convert a significant
historic building into MGL 40 B rental units. The developer indicates that he is on board for preservation of
historic/architectural features. Does anyone have any experience/knowledge as to whether the Permit granting
authority can impose something like a 40B version of a preservation restriction as a condition of it approval?
Hearing is tonight. Thanks for any input anyone may have.
Jay Gaffney
Tewksbury Historical Commission.
