 The developer continues to do prep work on the site.  Last week we noticed the temporary electrical box for the new house was installed on a post.  Today, National Grid dug out the gas line.  I'm guessing demolition will happen sooner rather than later.  It looks like we won't be getting any more snow to hold up the project.

I know most developers could care less about history but he should be made to understand that this building is likely the last of its kind in the country.  It is a national treasure and a remarkable survivor.  He shouldn't be treating this like any other tear down.


I've been sending this Youtube video of the hut to everyone I can think of.  Please spread it around.
