Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/RFP)

 

The Town of Braintree seeks interested parties to respond to a Request
for Qualifications/Proposal (RFQ/RFP). The Town is in need of
architectural services that specialize in the historic preservation and
restoration of historical properties.  The Town of Braintree is
requesting architectural qualifications and proposals for a scope of
services including but not limited to a detailed assessment of both the
exterior and interior conditions, development of plans and
specifications and preparation of bid documents for restoration of the
Old Thayer Library building located at 2 JFK Memorial Drive in the Town
of Braintree. A mandatory pre-submission meeting and tour of the
building is scheduled for 2/23/10 @10am at the Braintree Town Hall
Auditorium - 1 JFK Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA.

 

The RFQ/RFP submission instructions/background information packet can be
obtained at the Braintree Planning and Community Development Department
located at 90 Pond Street, Braintree, MA - second floor, Monday through
Friday, between the hours of 9am and 3pm.  The deadline for receipt of
responses is March 10, 2010 at 3PM
