[MassHistPres] use of CPA funds

Thanks to so many of you who responded to my request for information
regarding grants, etc. for Historical Commissions. I have another request
now. Does your local Community Preservation Committee provide funds to your
Historical Commission for signage, education, consultants, etc. or are funds
allocated strictly for restoration and preservation?
