[MassHistPres] use of CPA funds

CPA Funds were used to fund the administrative portion of my organization for many years. It wasn't perfect, but it worked. I think that if you developed some sort of "education plan" they would be able to help out. Remember too, that the admin budget for the CPA committee in your town can sometimes be used to fund "studies" etc. That might allow you to fund some of your projects through that end of the CPA.
I know our CPA group is very innovative in finding ways to make projects work. I would have a good conversation with your local group.
