The Town of Falmouth is seeking a qualified historic preservation consultant
to provide historic preservation consulting services related to the
comprehensive update to the "Falmouth Historic District Design Review
Guidelines".
The contract shall be effective on the contract execution date, and shall
run until June 30, 2011.
Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) document with instructions and
requirements are available at the Office of the Town Manager / Selectmen, 59
Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA 02540, during regular business hours Monday
through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Sealed proposals, including a separate Technical Proposal and Fee Proposal
must be prepared in accordance with the instructions and requirements
contained in the RFP, and must be submitted to Office of the Town Manager /
Selectmen, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA 02540.
Proposals must be submitted before 4:00 P.M on August 11, 2010.
Late, faxed, e-mailed and/or unsigned proposals will not be accepted.
If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP, an addendum will be
issued to all prospective bidders
The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or
all proposals if it deems it to be in the public interest to do so.
