REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
June 4, 2010
The Boston Landmarks Commission, by and through the City of Boston, will be seeking proposals from qualified consultants to complete the second phase of a survey update for the Central Business District, resulting in updated inventory forms for approximately 150 properties surveyed in 1979-1980. The updates will consist of continuation sheets to amend original survey information, with a second-phase focus on buildings located along the Rose Kennedy Greenway and within the Ladder Blocks (bounded by School, Tremont, Boylston, and Washington Streets).
Applicants must have: 1.) a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Planning, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or 2.) a Master's degree in any one of the above-mentioned areas.
Interested parties should send a letter of interest and resume no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 28, 2010 to:

The City of Boston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
