Dear Local Historic Preservation Commission,

Last December you should may received notification of the *Commission
Data Project Survey*, a joint venture of National Alliance of
Preservation Commissions and the National Park Service that aims to
collect as much information as possible from local preservation
commissions across the country. Due to unforeseen technical glitches and
delays, the deadline to complete the survey has been extended to Monday,
April 5, 2010. I hope you will take the time to complete this important
survey; the data you provide will be invaluable for NAPC and our partner
organizations as we develop new programs to address the needs of local
preservation commissions nationwide. The survey is available online
through the "Commission Data Project" button on the homepage of NAPC's
website: www.uga.edu/napc.

For completing the survey you will receive:

    * A free copy of /For the Record: The NAPC Short Guide to

      Parliamentary Procedure/

    * Your commission will be entered into a drawing for up to 9

complimentary registrations to NAPC's 2010 National Commission

      Forum in Grand Rapids, Michigan!

In addition, non-NAPC members will receive a complimentary 6-month
membership to NAPC.

If you have already completed the survey, thank you for your
participation and please disregard this letter. Feel free to contact me
with any questions.

Sincerely,

Paul Trudeau
