[MassHistPres] Examples of Annual Letters to Property Owners in Historic Districts

The Acton Historic District Commission is interested in examples of
brochures about districts (which include explanation of the role of the
commission in review of projects), annual letters to property owners
and/or new owners, or other educational or promotional material about
your HDC geared to owners. It's been a few years since we sent one out
to property owners and are looking for some effective examples.
