Bedford's Old Town Hall on the Common has been refurbished by grants and town funds, and certain rooms are available for rental uses. The Bedford Center for the Arts uses space and pays the town for it's use. The Building sits in the Historic District, so any exterior changes come before the HDC via the Town.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what or if any restrictions apply to the interior spaces. If you need that information, I can find it.

Subject: [MassHistPres] Historic leasing programs

Do any communities have experience leasing historic buildings with restrictions to protect the structure -- similar to what the National Park Service and Mass DCR have done? I’d appreciate any examples you can share.
Thank you,
