[MassHistPres] leasing histroical buildings

Adding to the list provided by Chris, Arlington has several such buildings:
a.. Old High School (1894) a/k/a Central School, leased in part to non-profit orgizations, and principally used as senior center. In HD.
b.. Croom House (1862) leased to non-profit organization. In HD.
c.. Parmenter School (1926) leased to two private schools. In HD. Currently under discussion for possible sale.
d.. Junior High East (ca. 1920) a/k/a Gibbs School. Leased to local arts organization and Lesley Ellis School. No known restrictions.
e.. Crosby School (1896) leased to Dearborn Academy - currently under discussion for possible sale. No known restrictions.
