[MassHistPres] town owned farms

In response to the inquiry from Mr. McDermott, I know of two in our 
immediate area:

Wright-Locke Farm, Winchester, 17th c. farm, buildings mostly from early-mid 
19th c. (bought by the Town to prevent a 40B development - if Question 2 
passes we won't have to worry about that anymore). Still operated in part 
for agricultural purposes, although part is to be developed.

Busa Farm, Lexington.  Bought by the Town, a committee is considering among 
several possibilities for future use.  Currently leased to former 
owner/farmer.
