Dear Mass Historic Preservation Listserv members:
 
Attached is the brochure for the upcoming Land Trust Alliance's "Second
Symposium on Advanced Legal Topics in Land Conservation", to be convened
here in Boston in February, 2011.  Some of the best and brightest
conservation attorneys from around the country will be presenting (including
some of our own practitioners from here in the Commonwealth).  I encourage
you to consider attending this two day event to keep up to speed on what is
happening in the conservation field around the country, much of which -
particularly with respect to historic preservation restrictions - relates to
historic preservation considerations as well.
 
Registration for this event will begin in mid-November.
