Try using vinyl lettering on PVC or a plastic composite similar to what is being increasingly used on house trim such as Azek pvc. We offer both MDO laminate wood as well as pvc.

> The Princeton Historical Commission has used Healy Bros in Rhode Island. Some of the plaques, made of bronze with raised lettering, we purchased in 1997 and they have held up very well. The company is located in Lincoln, RI. and the telephone number is: 401 765 7600. We found them very helpful and easy to work with. Price wise, I am not sure how costly plaques are today but in 1997 we paid about $650. for an 18x24 marker.
