[MassHistPres] Providing guidance for applicants whose demo permit is denied?

The Medfield Historical Commission had a difficult demolition application case last night - the one-year demolition delay bylaw was invoked, despite the financial hardship it means for the owners, who are good Medfield citizens of long standing.

We'd like to be able to help these and other owners with information about marketing their house to antique lovers, applying for historic house preservation grants, finding builders who specialize in antique restoration or adaptive reuse, etc., etc.

Have any of you put together documents like this? If not, do you have any specific suggestions that would help these owners?
