We recently moved Medfield's 18th century Lowell Mason** house to a new location in town, out of the range of the wrecking ball. The house needs major restoration work top to bottom, and we need to raise at least $200K.

We need to develop a formal restoration/preservation plan to show potential donors, grant-awarders, users, and people who will one way or another be working on the house.

While I expect that the final plan will be prepared by a professional in the field, it will help us now if we could see some samples of historic building restoration plans you have used yourselves.

(I am a member of the Lowell Mason Foundation board.)

**Lowell Mason (1792-1872) is Medfield's most famous and accomplished native son, the father of public school music education in the U.S., composer of over 1,600 hymns, and the generator of over 100K Google hits.
