[MassHistPres] Antique bldg damage from tornados?

Do the Historical Commissions from Sturbridge, Brimfield, Monsen, Springfield et al
have a sense yet as to the number of structures lost and/or damaged from last week's storms?
 
We heard from Springfield that many of the affected properties were not insured, which is 
really a shame.  However, what is the affect on the inventories of antique structures
in other towns?  What of real significance has been damaged, or lost?  
 
And, is there any plan to encourage restoration to a structure's former state, vs all new windows and vinyl siding,
etc. when rebuilding and repairing?
