[MassHistPres] Can someone tell me why this was rejected?

Can someone tell me why this was rejected?  Not sure about what the
rules are/aren't?

Thank you.  As you can tell we are in a big campaign to bring prestige
to a historic site in New England.  I hope that we'll have the support
of our colleagues in nearby Massachusetts.

This is time sensitive so please let me know what I did incorrectly.
