A reminder about Sara Wermeil's talk on the Norcross Brothers at 7PM
tomorrow. Norcross were the contractors for virtually all of
Richardson's and McKim Mead & White's buildings and raised the quality
of US construction to a new level.

The talk is in the new Metropolitan Waterworks Museum -- 2540 Beacon
St., across from the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, near B.C., and easily
accessible from the Reservoir Station on the D-Line.

This Richardsonian cathedral with giant steam engines will be open
before and after the talk until 9PM.
